• $25 per additional kitchen / break room or set of rest room (Includes exterior pest control at office front, if aplicable)

Tenant suite pest control

• $95 per suite

Warehouse Fogging

• Per bid basis starting at $375

Termite inspections and treatments

• $95 per inspection
• Spot treatments starting at $225

Bird and Bat Control

• $150 per round trip

Live animal trapping and remote release

• $150 per round trip (2 traps)

Bee and wasp control

• $150 per round trip

Fire Ant Control

• Per bid basis starting at $150
• Treated / guaranteed quarterly

Property inspections

• Included in Common Area above
• $95 without pest control
