Thorough Inspections

Either our owner or one of our highly trained technicians performs the initial inspection. This involves checking for any sign of wood damage to the interior and exterior premises, walls, slabs, foundations, and interior closets. Along with looking for termites, we also check for signs of other wood infesting insects and fungus or water damaged wood below the first floor of the main structure.

Once the assessment is complete, you are provided with a CL-100 Wood Infestation Report, which is the official Texas wood infestation report that can only be performed by qualified, licensed Texas inspectors.
 

The Solution

When we detect termites, we provide treatment and prevention with our Liquid Treatment. This system is placed in the ground around your property. It works when the insects ingest or make contact with it.
